Step 1: Your Initial Clean
Your first visit is an Initial Clean, designed to bring your home to a fresh, polished baseline. This visit includes:
- Detailed bathroom cleaning
- Detailed kitchen cleaning
- Thorough dusting throughout the home
- Vacuuming and mopping all accessible floors
- Attention to visible buildup and high-touch areas
Initial clean pricing starts at $275 for the first 2 hours with a two-person team. Because initial cleans address buildup, most homes require additional time, with extra hours billed at $135 per hour based on the home’s size and condition. Initial cleans typically take 3.5–5.5 hours and are required before beginning recurring service.
We do offer the option for you to set a Maximum Time Limit, and priority areas for this clean.
Recurring service pricing is provided after the initial clean and is always lower than the initial visit.
Step 2: Recurring Cleaning Services
Once your home has been reset, we maintain it with weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service. Recurring visits focus on:
- Keeping bathrooms and kitchens clean and sanitized
- Dusting furniture and surfaces
- Vacuuming carpets and rugs
- Mopping hard floors
- Light tidying and trash removal
These visits are efficient and designed to keep your home consistently clean, not to remove heavy buildup. They typically take 2.5 - 3.5 hours based on your home size.
Optional Add-On Services
Some tasks require additional time and preparation and are available as add-ons when requested in advance:
- Deep shower or tub scrubbing
- Inside oven cleaning
- Inside refrigerator cleaning
- Interior cabinets or drawers
- Heavy grease or buildup removal
- Move-in / move-out cleaning
Add-ons must be scheduled ahead of time so we can properly prepare your service.
