1. Bookings & Scheduling

All cleaning appointments must be booked in advance through phone or email, in accordance with our cancellation policy. Appointments are not guaranteed until confirmed by Polished Property Services. We reserve the right to reschedule due to staffing, weather, or operational circumstances, ensuring our service satisfaction guarantee is upheld.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must adhere to our cancellation policy, which requires at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule cleaning appointments. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price. Additionally, no-shows or failure to provide access may result in the full service fee, as we strive to maintain our service satisfaction guarantee.

3. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for ensuring our team can access the property at the scheduled cleaning appointments. Failure to provide access (such as locked doors, incorrect codes, or unsecured pets) may result in a call-out fee of up to 50% of the service rate, in accordance with our cancellation policy. We want to ensure your service satisfaction guarantee is met.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept approved electronic payment methods for our cleaning appointments. Please be aware that late or unpaid balances may result in service suspension, as outlined in our cancellation policy. We also uphold a service satisfaction guarantee to ensure you are pleased with our services.

5. Scope of Service

All services provided are as agreed upon during the booking process for your cleaning appointments. If additional tasks arise that were not originally included, a revised quote may be necessary. Please note that deep cleaning services differ from standard cleaning and must be specifically booked. We also have a service satisfaction guarantee, along with a clear cancellation policy to ensure your peace of mind.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us, which is why we uphold our service satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will review your concern and may offer a complimentary re-clean of the affected area at our discretion. Please also be aware of our cancellation policy regarding cleaning appointments.

7. Liability & Insurance

Polished Property Services is fully insured, and we prioritize service satisfaction guarantee. While we take every precaution, we are not responsible for: pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, items not properly secured or disclosed, and damage due to unstable or unsafe conditions. Clients are encouraged to secure valuables and notify us of fragile items prior to cleaning appointments. Please note that any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion, in line with our cancellation policy.

8. Cleaning Products & Equipment

We provide professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure your cleaning appointments meet our high standards. If a client prefers us to use their own supplies, this must be discussed and approved prior to service to maintain our service satisfaction guarantee. Additionally, please be aware of our cancellation policy when scheduling.

9. Health, Safety & Conduct

We maintain a strict cancellation policy and reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if unsafe or hazardous conditions are present. This includes, but is not limited to, biohazards, excessive clutter, aggressive pets, or threatening behavior. Our commitment to a service satisfaction guarantee means that any form of harassment or abuse toward our staff will result in immediate termination of service and possible refusal of future cleaning appointments.

10. Pets & Allergies

Clients must inform us of pets on the premises prior to their cleaning appointments. Polished Property Services is not responsible for allergic reactions unless allergies are disclosed in advance and alternative products are requested, in alignment with our service satisfaction guarantee. Please also review our cancellation policy for any changes to scheduled services.

11. Changes to Terms

Polished Property Services reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time, including our cancellation policy related to cleaning appointments. Any updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately, ensuring our service satisfaction guarantee is always upheld.
