Our standard cleaning covers all essential areas of your home, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen surfaces, bathrooms, and general tidying. This service is designed to maintain a clean, comfortable home on a recurring basis. 

Standard cleanings do not include deep-cleaning tasks such as inside ovens, refrigerators, interior windows, heavy buildup removal, or post-construction cleanup. These services may be added for an additional fee. 

No. Many of our clients provide access instructions and are not home during their scheduled cleanings. Your privacy, security, and property are always respected. 

Yes. We arrive fully equipped with professional-grade cleaning products and tools. If you have specific requests, please let us know in advance. 

Cleaning time depends on the size and condition of the home, as well as the type of service booked. Most standard cleanings take between 2.5 to 3.5 hours. 

Absolutely. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring cleaning options to help keep your home consistently clean and stress-free. 

Yes. Polished Property Services is fully insured.

Pricing is based on your home’s size, condition, and the type of service selected. All new clients begin with an Initial Clean, which establishes a baseline. Ongoing services are priced separately and will be lower once maintenance cleaning begins. 

The Initial Clean allows us to address built-up dust, grime, and residue so that future visits can be completed efficiently and consistently. This ensures the best results long-term.

We ask for advance notice for any changes to your appointment. Our full cancellation and rescheduling policy is outlined in your booking confirmation. 

We love pets! We ask that pets be away, secured or placed in a separate area during service to ensure everyone’s safety.
