Initial Cleaning Investment
Pricing starts at $249 for the first two hours. Because every home is different, final pricing depends on:
• Square footage
• Bedrooms & bathrooms included
• Condition & buildup
• Add-ons selected
Most homes require more than two hours for their initial visit.
A $75 deposit is required to secure your initial service date.
This deposit is applied toward your final balance.
